DAYTON DROPS 7-0 DECISION AT LIMA

Lima pulled away late, scoring six times in the final four innings, as the Locos won 7-0 over the Dayton Docs Tuesday night at Simmons Field.

 

The Locos tallied a run in the first and it stayed that way until Lima picked up another run in the fifth.  The margin grew to 4-0 in the sixth and Lima added three more in the seventh to round out the scoring.

 

Zach Mosbarger led the Docs offense with three hits.

 

Dayton (2-7) is at Hamilton Wednesday for a 7:05 contest.
